Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a refund for certain items returned within 30 days of order delivery date. Returns & Exchanges must be initiated by 11:59pm on the 30th day after delivery. We will provide you with a return shipping label upon approving your refund request. Once we have received and assessed your item, you can expect a refund within 1-2 weeks.
Keep in mind:
- There is a $75 USD processing fee for returned titanium, zirconium, carbon fibre and silver rings and a $95 USD processing fee for returned tantalum rings purchased through luxeweddingrings.com
- There will be a processing fee of 20% of the rings invoice amount for returned Platinum and Gold rings purchased through luxeweddingrings.com
- Any mixed metal rings such as zirconium/gold, titanium/gold, carbon fiber/gold, tantalum/gold, the processing fee is $95 USD
- Any stone set ring will be individually quoted for return and exchange for all metals.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- The 30 day eligibility commences on the day that the order is delivered.
- Items requested to be returned after 30 days of the delivery date will not be accepted for return or refund.
- All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all documentation. We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our standards after an assessment. If the item is damaged, we reserve the right to return the item to you.
Exchanges
If you need to change the size of your ring after you have received it we are happy to help.
Please contact Luxe within 30 days of your order delivery date to discuss your need for a different size. We will resize or remake your ring to another size for a small fee.
Keep in mind:
- Any stone set ring will be individually quoted for return and exchange for all metals.
- There is a $49 USD fee for size exchanges in titanium, zirconium, carbon fibre and silver rings purchased through luxeweddingrings.com
- There is a $75 USD fee for size exchanges in tantalum rings purchased through luxeweddingrings.com
- There is a $95 USD fee for size exchanges in Gold rings for maximum 2 sizes up or down.
- There is a $149 USD fee for size exchanges in Platinum rings for maximum 2 sizes up or down.
- For rings requiring more than 2 sizes please email us, as we need to quote this individually.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- The 30 day eligibility begins on the day that the order is delivered.
