Luxe is proud of our commitment to excellence and stand behind the quality of our rings. We warrant that every Luxe ring will be free of manufacturing defects and our expert team personally inspect and finish every ring before it is sent to you.
Tucked away in your ring box, you’ll find our Certificate of Authenticity confirming the precious metals and stones used within your ring. If in the unfortunate event of needing to claim against the Luxe lifetime guarantee, you’ll need to quote details from this card.
Upon receiving your ring, please take time to inspect it and check any stones. Any chipped or missing stones must be notified within 7 days of receipt to be included as part of our guarantee.
It’s important to note that Luxe don’t take responsibility for the impacts of work done by third party jewellers or repairers, such as alterations, maintenance, repairs or resizing. We can perform these works for a fee. Chat with us to discuss your needs and obtain a price.
Please be aware that the following will not be considered manufacturing defects:
- Discoloration or tarnishing due to exposure to chemicals or cosmetics
- Inappropriate jewelry care
- Loss of gemstones after 60 days
- Everyday wear and tear such as scratches and dents.
